I have been buying beds from the Sleep Shop for over a decade now - great service, high quality products and UK wide delivery is always a plus. We had 4 double beds and matresses delivered to our children in London and the delivery was punctual and they even disposed of some old beds and mattresses for us. Order straight forward.
One slight hitch was they had a problem with their items not showing on the delivery companies computer, so it was delayed by 24 hours but I enquired by email what had happened and got a phone within 10 minutes explaining what had happened and apologising. I was impressed by the response as a lot of companies wouldn't have bothered or take ages too respond. after that everything was prompt and good.

What an excellent company. Purchased a mattress through a 3rd party but due to me incorrectly putting the invoice address in as address for delivery I had to contact them directly to try to sort it out. They were easy to contact, immediate response and very helpful. The mattress was delivered safely in the agreed time period and the after sales follow up was a great touch. On top of that I found my perfect mattress at the very best price. Definitely recommend this company 100%.
