"Fabulous mattress purchase"

Fabulous purchase. Shopped around the internet and found that the mattress I was after was priced most competitively on the sleep shop website. Have never shopped with them before but thought I would give it a go. And I am delighted. The sleep shop rang me shortly after my purchase to arrange a suitable delivery date and to make sure that all my needs were met in terms of getting the new mattress into my home once it had arrived etc etc. The mattress was delivered very well packaged and exactly as had been arranged by a very helpful amd friendly delivery driver. It is now unpacked and on the bed ready for our first visitors in a couple of weeks. It is really comfy and for such a good price too. Cannot fault my buying experience in any way, in fact, it was so easy and actually a pleasant purchase with great customer service. A rare thing these days!! Well done sleep shop. I would definitely recommend the Sleep Shop to anyone looking to purchase a new mattress.

Excellent service. After placing order online received telephone call couple days later informing of approximate delivery date. Kept up to date with delivery details. All went to plan, delivery men very courteous and helpful. Would certainly use this company again.

"Happy with service…"

Happy with show room staff, ordering and timescales given and the fact your driver/installers picked up the fact that there was a small split in the base of bed on delivery and they showed it to me straight away. This had only become visible when removing bubble wrap protection

Photos were taken and reported back to base. A follow up call was received a few minutes later to assure us that a new part would be ordered and replaced when delivered

Great service all round and reassuring to know that any issues are dealt with straight away

"Great Service, Great Mattress, Great Price!"

Bought a Rest Assured Adleborough Mattress (extra firm due to back problems) for nearly £100 less than other online retailers.

The Sleep Shop rang me with two options for free delivery - next day 1 man delivery to the front door or 2 man delivery to room of choice at a later date. I chose the former, and it duly arrived on the arranged date.

The shop seem to have some really competitive prices, depending on the type of mattress required. I would certainly advise having a look!

I couldn’t be happier with the service from The Sleep Shop. I bought my mattress from them cheaper than I could find the same one anywhere on the internet, ordered it at 12 midday Tuesday and received it at 1030 am Wednesday - and that was to Glasgow from England and free delivery. Amazing service - 10/10
