Great choice of quality products and fair prices, with extras if you want them- such as taking away your old mattresses or delivering inside your home. This company has got it right.

I got an email confirming my online order. Next day a phone call from a polite, friendly, well informed man, who checked all was what I expected- with a delivery date. An email followed with delivery tracking details so I could check progress.
Delivered when stated and the mattresses in sealed plastic, boxed and banded and delivered by a friendly helpful delivery man.
I recommend and will shop with them again. Their products, range, prices and customer service leaves the other well-known suppliers trailing behind.

The Sleep Shop staff were extremely helpful recently when I wanted to order a bed frame. I rang them to ask how long delivery would approximately take and explained that I needed the bed frame before a new mattress was delivered. They said delivery would be a couple of weeks which was fine for me. But after I ordered it online they rang me back the same day and explained that they had this particular bed frame in stock and asked me whether I would like to have it delivered the next working day (Friday) or the following Monday! I was pretty amazed at the speed of delivery and their customer service and I opted for Monday when it was delivered. So an amazingly fast delivery and great customer service.

I purchased a Silent night mattress for a cheaper price than any other site I had seen. Removal of old mattress was also cheaper. I received excellent communication as regards delivery date and time and delivery was efficient. The two man team were very friendly and helpful and took away our old mattress at same time. The new mattress is exactly as expected. Excellent service all round.

Service was second to none - received a phone call to confirm next day delivery was convenient and then delivered next day - can't improve on that. The pillow itself is something I currently use and love, and is for use in the second bedroom.
