Great service,ordered on Sunday evening got a phone call mid morning Monday to say that I will get my goods Tuesday and they arrived mid morning

The service and communication was fantastic. They rang to let me know they had the order and would be in touch for deliver. They then asked whether I needed a 1 man or 2 man delivery. Delivery arrived on time. Can’t fault them.

The order process was very easy, communication first class, and the mattress was a brilliant price.
Delivery date was on time and delivered to the bedroom and old mattress removed for recycling.
So good we ordered another mattress for a different bedroom 2 weeks later with the same brilliant service.

I had a first class experience ordering my new mattress online from The Sleep Shop. All my needs were met…I phoned the office before I ordered to clarify if I needed to pay extra for the delivery/uplift guys to place the mattress in selected upstairs room…was advised all included in the cost for delivery/uplift excellent ! Great communication throughout and the delivery guys were excellent as well plus the price for the mattress and the uplift was far and above the best I could find too . I couldn’t have wished for a better experience

"It is too early to review the mattress…"

It is too early to review the mattress we purchased just one week ago- perhaps a year is more reliable to give a real review. We were inundated with next day, free delivery mattress ads, but the reality was that it took two weeks for delivery, even taking into account the mattress required a two-man delivery. We chose to purchase online because time was one important factor to us. At the time of purchase no mention was made to us that the delivery team would wait until it serviced the area we live in! We feel this is a review of poor service, hence the 3 star review.
