I bought a mattress from The Sleep Shop a few years ago and the service was good then. I bought another mattress from them recently. Their recent initial advice was very patient and helpful. My new purchase has been very good, and of good value. The overall service level has been good. Delivery was quick - and I live on the opposite side of the country.

Wonderful customer service. I only ordered a couple of pillows after doing a quick Google search and found them to be best value at the Sleep Shop. I received a phone call confirming that they received my order and the expected delivery date. Pillows were delivered very quickly by Parcel Force and left in my house porch as instructed. I will definitely be using the Sleep Shop again and would highly recommend.

I purchased a headboard through the website. From order through to delivery I was kept informed of the progress of my order, any questions I had were answered promptly.

The item arrived when it was supposed too well packaged and undamaged.

I do not live local to the company and was pleased to find that was not a problem at all. At all times contact was good, when I was called after placing the order then a few weeks later to arrange delivery the lady on the phone was polite, helpful and effecicnt.

I purchased from The Sleep Shop for 3 main reasons...good price on the item, sensible delivery charge and good reviews online.
