"Sham and Harry help battery fualt"

Sham and Harry help me fix my battery discharge fault. In the end it was a case of switching it of and rebooting. Took a few attempts but fixed. Always able to get through quickly even though it took another 7 calls at least I was not left on hold at any time.

Fast call centre response was brilliant ,phone was answered almost immediately which is such a joy these days when call centre wait times can be a nightmare.

Recently mine developed a fault. I reported it in their app. Joe gave me 2 solutions which unfortunately didn't work. Joe deduced that the internal breaker must have tripped. He had me remove the front panel. He was right. Once I switched the breaker it fired right up.

It's great when companies respond quickly with clear concise instructions.
