The tech suppport person was "Sham" who was really helpfull and resolved the issues very quickly despite it being an unusual situation.
I would give him a 10 out of 10 for his knowldege and repidly addressing the problem. Totally happy with the outcome.

" Great telephone-based service/assistance! "

Had two Alpha batteries installed last year and needed some tech customer service/assistance from Alpha this morning as I wasn’t certain both batteries were operating as they should be (in in terms of my recent electricity bills from my supplier….!). Honestly, the telephone customer service that I received from Alpha this morning, where their tech assistant stayed on the phone with me for a hour and guided me through navigating the settings on my App, were second to none.
Well pleased! Thank you Alpha Smiles team.
