I contacted Nightfox, feeling worn out and frustrated. The first conversation with Joanne was different compared to the many other agencies I had spoken to. She was immediately engaged and helpful. Joanne told me her action plan, I was dismissive of this approach, I had been trying for 13 months with no joy.
Guess what?
24 hours later the debtor paid me up UNBELIEVABLE.
