If I could give them 10000 stars I would, when I called Nightfox I was a ball of anxiety, being bullied and harassed by a man who I had financially supported and was now refusing to pay me back. The debt was substantial and as a single Mum I literally had nobody to help me and act as a mediator. This company are so professional and comforting, as soon as I showed them what had happened they were immediate in their response, to me and were in contacted with the individual within 24 hours of me contacting them! I am writing this review shocked at the level of service I received from them, the constant phone calls to check I was OK and if there was any updates on my case.
