A fellow owner of a property in my block was very reluctant to pay his share of buildings insurance, communal repairs etc, and had run up quite a bill with the managing agents, and was not replying to them. I passed some info over to Nightfox who very very quick and efficient, and payment was made to the managing agent withing a couple of days. I would use them again, and I would recommend them.
