After being targetted by a scammer posing as a plumber, i reached out to Nighthawk who said they would take this case on for me. its not a huge amount of money, but the chap in question doing this, has targetted many people in the community. He needs to be stopped. Its early says yet in this issue, but im confident these guys can help to stop him from causing misery to good honest hard working people.

"I want to say a massive thanks to Di"

I want to say a massive thanks to Di, I’m a lady with a heart condition and I decided to join a dating site called Friends First run by a woman called Katharine Melville Ferguson Wright and her husband, Charles. They made many promises that they did not keep. The quality of men that they were offering to date were below standard did even said that they would be spoke to her company and I wouldn’t find them on any other website. This was not true, how she handled my account was absolutely horrific. And the fact that she did what was called an overriding of my 14 day cooling off period. I was absolutely devastated I did not know what to do. I contacted the bank because I’m a great believer in honesty and justice and the type of person that wouldn’t even take a paper clip of an office without asking. I knew this woman had breached my legal rights and had breached the contract, but she wanted to teach me a lesson, not across her. So I contacted the bank and explained what had happened and I had to give a detailed report on the laws that were broken, my bank is very strict and they have to go through Visa rules. So the bank did a thorough investigation and refunded me the money which was £98 that I had paid. However, the owner of Friends First become very very aggressive and intimidating then would send emails saying that I had to communicate with QDR solicitors and then the their solicitors would say no I need to contact Friends First. I’ll speak to this woman personally, but she refused to take my calls. As she knew she was wrong and intrusive and humiliating and degrading. She had 60 days to argue the case for her innocence, but she didn’t because she knew that she was in the wrong . It gets worse. She sends me to a debt collecting agency declaring that I owed her £670:88p I was terrified, and I was getting chest pains, especially when QDR solicitors are laughing on the phone. I spoke to trading standards. They explained that this woman was breaking the law, but she could even be charged with fraud, but she didn’t seem to care because she thought she was a Christian, but what she didn’t realise is that she was suffering from pride, even when I went back to the woman, and said, why have you sent me to a debt collecting agency. She had admitted she had deleted my account and what she promised she hadn’t delivered. I had to contact the police for advice who recommended, but I go to a debt collecting agency myself, not something I will take very lightly as I don’t like to hurt people. I did try to contact the owner of Friends First to explain why has she done this why is she sent my innocent name to a debt collector and the debt collector turned out to have been a liquefied company twice over,, who themselves were breaking the law. They are called QDR solicitors, could just as vicious as Friends First. Then I discovered they were not actually a proper Solicitors., I just cried and they laughed, what I do next. they said you’ve got 14 days to pay that money or else I thought I have just got my best friend through cancer where he could’ve died, while I’m not looking for pity, I was exhausted. Because as a former banker, I would fall over backwards to help someone who was in debt. I wouldn’t even leave my office. Until I meet you in my customers are okay and that they had food and that they were able to have heat. Because I knew what I did for them going to do for me, but I didn’t do it for that. I did it cause I literally could. so to have this fake Christian promote a website and then she’ll nothing other than agreed and lack of care and pride. I was devastated. I googled debt collectors and it came up with Knight Fox, and I am so thankful to the people and the director of this company, as their professionalism is absolutely amazing. I don’t think Friends First actually even cared or realised that when you have a heart condition, the stress can even make you throw up. Sorry to say that bit. So Knight Fox took my case and I have the support of the police and so far everything is gone quiet. Let’s hope it stays that way. She did threaten me with a County Court judgement for a crime and a debt that I do not owe and did not commit. I am absolutely shaken up. I am so grateful to this company for stepping in on my behalf to take on this very dishonest couple who breach contracts, everyone if you go through something like this Christian or not do you not be scared to reach out to Knight Fox. so thank you everyone including Di and Brian at Knight Fox and I will make sure that if I know anyone who is in trouble but need your help. I will send them your way I will spread nothing but good about your and your company and how helpful you were to me so thank, for stepping into the fight, but I was literally too weak to fight on my own. I’ll probably keep saying, thank you and crying at the same time, but I really generally mean it. Thank you so much for all your help. 😭😭😭😭
