Absolutely horrific customer service. Avoid this company avoid avoid. For a simple task, I was transferred to three different people three different countries. Some of them could not understand me I could not or barely understand them, deep strong, Indian accent and then… after almost an hour I cut was cut off and they never called me back. I'm going to cancel my policy. I refused to work with such incompetance. This company needs to upgrade their customer service. I wish they would call me for more details. The app they have is worthless.
