"Customer Service needs better training/management!"

First, there was not enough instruction given about the specific documents and proof that would need to be provided. I would have gathered ALL of it the first time had the instructions been more clear -- instead I wasted a ton of time tracking things down later, and I'm sure they had to pay extra for employees to keep following up, too. Very inefficient. Second, usually when I call the agents are pleasant, or even happy, they are concerned with my experience. This most recent conversation with Hernando was so low energy -- it was clear he didn't want to be doing what he's doing, he wasn't concerned at all with my user experience. After being put on hold for awhile, he popped back in to let me know that it would be a little longer, but didn't wait for my response before leaving again. When I got frustrated, he talked over me. He spoke english pretty well, but it was clear he wasn't following everything I was saying because sometimes his responses didn't make sense based on what I was telling him. I asked him to give his supervisors some feedback (not about him) and his reply back to me was clearly irritated. This is not a reflection on him -- poor guy -- to me this is a clear management and training issue.

My experience was fantastic! I had given up hope of any help from the airlines ! Spent several hours talking and emails with no follow through ! Filing through Allianz was the absolute last resort as I had wasted almost a month already !
