This was the first time I have taken travel insurance! Had to use it because our flights were dissrupted because of flooding in the area we where going. Allianz was very easy to work with. Very helpful with every step we needed to do to get a refund.

No refund at all was offered to us. Shame on you! You said that economic conditions in our country was not a reason that you would accept as our reason for canceling a trip. Well, maybe not a good reason to you, but for senior citizens who are not wealthy and are worried about losing Medicare benefits and Social Security benefits that was a wise reason to cancel an expensive trip during these times!!!
