Because I have been to the clinic for over 20 years now, I didnt need all the advice and time on the phone it took, I know what I am ment to do diet wise, eat less exorcise more drink plenty water, I just wanted the tablets and to get on with it, but like I said they were very good at what they do x

Feel like I'm always chasing them up! On more than one occasion I have had my consultation with the doctor and I've been told that I will get a call back to pay. Well the call back never came. After calling them again I was told that I'd need to have another consultation because the payment has to be taken on the same day! The customer service is shocking, no apology and the blame was passed over to me as I must've missed them. No missed calls. No voicemails or messages. The prices keep increasing but the quality of service and care is getting worse!
