"An absolute shambles! Terrible service."

If you decide you’ve had enough of your weight and you really want to do something about and decide to “seize the day” this may not be the company for you.

If you want to have consultations booked over and hour away from you cancelled an hour and a half before they start then you’re on to a winner.

If you want to wait in all day for your medication to arrive, only to have them call you to see how you’re doing on it and then discover it hasn’t actually left the building yet then this is the company to use!! If you then like being promised next day delivery only to be called that night saying they can’t do next delivery these are the guys to sign up to!

So far an absolute shambles. And a really really expensive shambles at that. There are lots of other companies offering this treatment. I wish I’d chosen a different one. So far I’ve paid £240 and have received nothing but empty promises. Highly recommend going elsewhere.

Edit: you have responded saying the delay was because of Easter, which a blatant lie. The delay was because despite me returning my paperwork within 10 minutes to you that day (2 days before you closed for Easter), it then sat on pending for a week which your company only realised once they called me to “see how I was getting on with the medication”. Very unhappy.

I feel like I’m the one chasing everything at the moment and if I didn’t keep phoning to chase I would of been forgotten, which causes delays for diet products to be delivered and has caused a gap/delay in my plan now.
So a very slow start and I’m hoping it will improve

Absolute RIP off and Scam setup, Charged £75 for an assessment which i was told was refundable if unsuccessful, then informed me my BMI was not low enough and refused a refund

after spending money on Taxis to get to the clinic i am now out of pocket by £125!!

"Fake medication and an absolute rip off!!"

I want to write a review so other people aren’t completely ripped off. I currently have a complaint in which I’m awaiting a reply but having been someone whom has now wasted £183.25 + travel expenses to get the assessments done and the medication I don’t want other people to be ripped off when that’s a ridiculous amount of money. I for one don’t have that money to waste and so will be requesting a full refund. Being someone who REALLY struggles with my weight I know there will be others out there the same who would desperately do anything to lose it, do not get roped it.

The initial assessment and woman whom carried it out was lovely, however there was a piece of equipment not working and so I had to go again 2 weeks later, I should have been reimbursed my travel for the first one as the fault was on there end. I was not.

I have now finished my first week on this medication in which they prescribe under the name “phentermine” and have not lost even 1lb. The side effects were the first giveaway that this was not real phentermine. I even took 2 tablets one day and other than a dry mouth had no side effects at all. Was still as hungry as ever all week and slept fine, no increased energy, nothing!

Now having done further research on legitimate phentermine and the doses in which it truly comes in again that is more proof that this is fake!

I have also emailed to ask for the exact details of the manufacturer they use and the proof of this, again to research that myself and have been ignored.

Since I have became a customer I also do not get an answer on the customer care extension yet can get an answer if I press the extension to book an appointment.

If I had the funds to get these prescribed tablets checked at a laboratory to find out exactly what they were I most certainly would cause no doubt could sue the slimming clinic!

If you look on their Facebook reviews you can also see since they were taken over a few years back the medication was changed from the real phentermine they use to prescribe at half the price of whatever this rubbish is.
