I have been several times. The doctor takes time to explain any medication that she gives you, offers various alternatives . I was given a weight and blood pressure check etc. The clinic helps me control my weight. I don't really have a lot to lose but like to keep within a certain weight that is comfortable for me. The staff are very pleasant and helpful and are happy to answer any questions you may have.

The Ilford branch is absolutely fantastic. Nurturing and welcoming all the time..
I’ve been with the clinic for about a year and have always been greeted with the upmost respect and warm and caring environment..
Preeti on reception is fantastic, always complementing and encouraging me and the doctors, both Dr Dharini & Dr Dimple have been amazing with my weight loss journey..
Always encouraging me even if I lost a few grams and not kilos..
I went from a sad, unmotivated person who never thought they would lose weight to being sometimes complimented about losing weight and other times asked if I’m ill..
If you are thinking of having a go, just have a try your life won’t be the same again..

I’m so happy to find a weight loss program that is so personal, private and caring. I leave every appointment feeling motivated from my movement coach and with amazing advice from the dietitian. The doctor I see every week is so encouraging and with the body scan information helps me understand my improvements and weight loss journey. I look forward to even being weighed. The front staff are super lovely too!

"Rubbish this company is all about money…"

Rubbish this company is all about money not customer care, if a private doctor doesn’t come in to work the company just leaves the telephones turned off without any answer phone telling it’s customers the situation then the staff sit upstairs in the Middlesbrough branch twitching the blinds because they can’t administer the medication needed. It’s a pathetic way to run a healthcare approved company, no customer care what so ever it’s all about the financial gain to this company please read all the reviews on this site not just the good ones so you can make a decision with all the facts. Also I asked the doctors to sell me one injection pen and assured the doctor I would also purchase another 5 pens (injections )on 14th and the doctor told me he wanted two consultation payments one for the one pen and another for the 5 pens I asked if this was because of the price of prescriptions and he said he was entitled to be payed twice. What! I explained I only needed a pen to tide me over until pay day but he refused to prescribe it without £180 which was £100 his consultation and £80 for the pen. There’s better companies on line with much better customer care
