Similar story to the rest of the reviews, The slimming clinic has taken my money via direct debit on the change plan but I am yet to see my pills. Have been chasing them for a month now. Have been in touch with customer service, dispatch, the courier. Everyone just blames each other and I have no resolution. Will probably get a generic response to this review like the rest to contact the customer service team again which is just patronising.

Now its a matter of getting a refund and going elsewhere. I was making really good progress but a company as unreliable as this should be ashamed of themselves. Playing with women on a subject as sensitive as their weight is just outright disgusting.

Cant get hold of anyone worth their salt to find my pills, god knows how I'll manage to get a refund.

Very dissapointed had a phone consultation on the 16th of april still havent recieved my pills spoke to several different people 2 raised complaints and nothing no phone call or email to let me no when I'm going to recieve them every time I speak to one of the team a complaint gets raised and then you hear nothing about it I'm no going to ring cqc as basically they have taken £110 pound

If i could give No stars then i would unfortunately 1 star had to be ticked to leave a review. I am completely in utter shock with the service i have received so far !

My initial consultation was on Saturday 21st March and my information was updated . I had my consultation with a doctor on the phone who confirmed my address and sent my medication.

Please tell me why on 27th April my medication was delivered to my old address ? If my information was updated on the system? But i have just been told my information had been updated today. I mean over a month since i had my first consultation and my address has only been updated today? I mean thats ridiculous dont you think ? On top of that i need to go to the old address and confront someone who now had my personal information i mean breach of data protection or what.

Not to mention money has been taken from my account for a service which i am not getting . But no i must wait another 48 hours for complaints team to contact me diabolical if you ask me . Oh please can you return my call that i was due last Friday but never received.

No support. No answering phones. Not received my medication on on a change plan which means i have to stick to my plan for 3 months. So i dont get to do that.

Please do not make out this was the doctors decision - it wasn’t we spoke about the higher dosage tablets as that was the plan and I was absolutely fine on the lower ones this was an ERROR on your part ! Not doctors advice

"All about the money"

Since the national slimming center has been taken over by this company the focus has shifted from patients and customer service to money . Everything is about the money from the way they make you book 4 weeks in advance to the add on sales they try and get the Drs to push on you to bump up their average transaction values . Theres no rapport there anymore . The cardiff clinic used to be friendly and welcoming and a social clinic where the staff knew who you were and a little about you and different encouraging support . Now it's a conveyor belt with a revolving door. Such a shame as I had great results before all this came in to place.

"Puts people's lives at risk"

Despite the government address, this money grabbing company is still choosing to keep its doors open and put its staff and people at massive risk! Better yet they have not implemented ANY precautions and are simply welcoming as many people as possible to the clinic. As a solicitor, I feel utterly ashamed that a UK business such as this continues to act in such an irresponsible way, taking advantage of the desperate situation. I will be reporting them to the Department of Health today as they are non -essential and should be CLOSED. Do not come to this place if you care about your health!!!
