What a dreadful company! I wasted £50, on a useless 10 minute consultation, in anticipation of being helped with my weight loss, only to be told by the doctor that I'm not fat enough, even though my GP says I am, and I should lose 2 and a half stone. The consultation is not carried out by a doctor, they didn't take my measurements correctly, trying to tell me I'm 3 inches shorter than I actually am, and they never took my blood pressure at all. Will not give a refund, awful.

I have been on every weight loss program available and although when sticking to any 'plan' i lost weight, i would always put it back on, until i went to the slimming clinic.

Doctor led consultations as frequently as you like, Full body assessments, diet plans, recipies and much more. Its not only about the medication (which is tailored to your needs).

I am so happy with the results and have kept the weight off. My portion cobtrol has remained and even when i slip off the wagon, the staff are always there to help me quickly resolve any unwanted gain.

The cost was the equivalent to my Friday night takeaway which I no longer wanted anyway 🙃

I carry referal cards with me everywhere and always highly recommended them to anyone who will listen.

"Telling me to take medication that has expired"

I have used the NSC for a number of years on and off and always been satisfied with the service. I have just received a month prescription and half the does expires in 2 weeks. I have dispensed them so i have no way of telling which ones are old and which ones will expiry. Contacted them direct and the service was shocking. Read a statement out saying that they were fine even if they are out of date. I think it is totally unacceptable and have asked for medical proof these are at an acceptable quality. It such a shame that they dont value their customers anymore.

I am absolutely thrilled with my results. I have lost 10kg in 6 weeks after almost 2 years of gym and diet and absolutely no result. My lead doctor was always there for me, helpful and understanding. I used the injections and they helped me tremendously! I will definitely stick with The Slimming Clinic ❤

I have been using the National slimming clinic on and off for around 4 years.
I decided to try the programme again and had my phone consultation everything went well and the doctor was happy to re prescribe me the medication.
All of this whilst the covid 19 situation was happening as a critical worker and my partner having some health issues I stayed with my mother. So my partner was in for the 12 weeks so he would have taken in the pills as he was there 24/7. I didn’t receive an email from the courier to tell me about my delivery so I didn’t know they were coming.
I waited and waited and three weeks went by so I decided to call up the company and query where they were, I received an email from their ‘investigation’ team to tell me she was going to look into it, the first email was sent on the 02/06/20.
I have just received an email saying that the vans gps was in my area & the courier had said it was delivered so that’s the proof that they had been delivered to me, but that’s not the case I have not got them my partner did not sign for them I have knocked many neighbours and not one of them have taken them in, so nearly four weeks later I still haven’t got an answer to where they are.
So now I’ve been waiting for my medication since the 12/05/20.
I have paid for the service and am very upset at the lack of communication and to be told thank you for your patience I’m just trying to get my health better by loosing some weight & become happier but obviously this isn’t going to happen. I am at a loss of what to do next because I have lost the money and still no medication.

Before very good now new company take over totally rubbish ..they keep putt price up ...even do delivery charge to ..me introduce 40 people to slimming centre im long time customer...more then 7 year ..but now everyone living that company....even me slimming centre just making money now not good .service and medicn not good too.....best never belive them thx
