The equipment I.e scales and blood pressure monitor and I had to make a total of 6 telephone calls over 5 days before anyone progressed a replacement. I was unable to access the relevant medication and was instead only approved for a herbal/supplement that is ineffective

They are very professional in what they do and always call you on time plus the delivery service they offer is excellent.

The service, advice, and friendliness of the staff is first rate and worthy of 5 stars.

The overall rating is purely down to price... There are cheaper clinics around which offer the same products. They don't offer the same level of service, so it is a case of you get what you pay for.

So really its a four and half score!!

"I have been sent out of date products…"

I have been sent out of date products on 2 occasions. I have asked to be sent some that are in date. My blister pack advised that the tablets have expired. The company refuses to send me in date tablets. I would not buy food that has expired and re dated. This is a breech of my consumer rights. My GP advised not to take out of date tablets as has my pharmacist and look on the the internet. Disgusting behaviour. After the response I can confirm I had written to your email address. I was told you would no longer respond as I did not want to accept tablets that were out of date as per the blister pack. I urge people not to trust this company.

Since the slimming clinic responded I would like to add that I had spoke to them before placing my review and raised a complaint. They have since told me they will not respond to my further emails. My doctor and pharmacist both told me not to take the tablets due to expiry date and the slimming clinic have refused a refund or to send me tablets that are in a a blister pack with a date within expiry. Disgusting as they cost so much also.

So far everything has been amazing, from health review, to phone calls, to medication. I was very skeptical after reading some reviews but I honestly can’t fault them. There was one error where admin had forgot to release my prescription so I had to go a few days without medication but once I had contacted them it was soon sorted and received within 3 days.
Anyone who’s stuck in a rut and been struggling for a while I would highly recommend!
