I was made to feel very welcome by the receptionist and the Doctor what a lovely lady! All was very relaxed which was good and I felt very confident that I was making the right decision.

Lovely lovely people at the gillingham clinic! Not once was I made to feel fat and ashamed. I lost 8lbs in two weeks, I'm about to start my third week. I've a long way to go but felt encouraged by the lovely Dr and his enthusiasm.

Before joining NSC I did not think I would ever find a place that could help me loose weight. After trying different diets I lost hope until my friend recommended NSC. After the first week people saw a change in me not only had I lost 5 and half pound but I was happy for the first time in a long time. Didn’t think it was fair that they said they couldn’t treat me because my BMI was 26% stating that they can only threat people with BMI from 30% although my best friend whos BMI is 27% and went there the week before she got treatment. I think it should be the same for everyone.

My Local branch is in Portsmouth and I must say every time I go there they make me feel welcome and are really friendly. They always give me good advice if I ask them. I have just seen Dr Jilani and he makes you feel comfortable and doesn't judge if you've put a bit of weight on. Julita and Karen are always there too if you want a chat about the meds you've been given. They care about you as a person and not just a customer. I'm also glad they have extended their opening hours.

The appointment was ok, the receptionist was warm and welcoming and made me feel relaxed. The doctor, although very thorough, made snide remarks and seemed to be laughing at me because my BMI wasnt over 30 and therefore I dont require treatment! I dont find it a laughing matter, I am not obsese (medically) but I feel uncomfortable and want to lose weight.

Been with the clinic for 5 weeks and lost 1 stone 3lbs .I couldn't be happier with my progress
I have always struggled with my weight but it's coming off 3-4lbs a week I highly recommend the Plymouth clinic all the staff are fantastic and always happy to give advice and answer any questions I have
