The whole process from start to finish was just so painless, which is not what we've come to expect when attempting to hire tradespeople. The app is particularly well designed, making the booking process quick and easy. The plumber that showed up was polite, competent and efficient and the job was completed in under an hour. Plus we got a call from them the next day to confirm if we were happy with the work before they processed the payment. In other words, an all-round professional service.

JustFix what a great idea for an App and a great service delivered. We had a very large sofa to move just days before moving house which no one could get out our front room. Simon at JustFix came up with a solution so we could get our sofa out and ready for the removal company. Simon then came to our new house to adjust the sofa fitting. We were delighted we managed to keep our sofa and the service from JustFix was excellent. We would highly recommend JustFix.

"Quick but ineffective "

Hassle free to book, however that is my only positive thing to say. The tradesman didn't do an effective job and we were left with a dishwasher door that didn't open all the way. Upon telling this to Justfix, they said they would rectify, with another 2-3 hours work plus parts (original was 3) which I said was too much. They said they would speak to their manager and get back to me, but they never did. I got another carpenter to come and rectify the job and they agreed just fix hadn't done a good job. They managed to fix it cheaper than Justfix even after justfix offered a discount. In total it would have been over £700 to install an integrated dishwasher door and remove the old kitchen cupboard, which was excessive. I was quoted £250 elsewhere, but I went with Justfix as they could come the next day. I wish I had been patient and just waited. Would not recommend.

"A Mixed Experience"

The fixer identified the issue and said they need some parts. JustFix promised to let me know what parts they will need and how much it will cost to fix, which unfortunately never happened - I gather there was a technical glitch on their end. I was at least refunded the cost of the original appointment, so would be willing to try JustFix again in the future

i wish I could find a repair company that was reasonable, arrived and fixed - I know no one is going to carry all parts but after paying for the first hour - £150 it is then a return with a £7 part and another hour to fix so that then takes us to the cost of a new machine that is delivered and fitted for very similar total cost - what would anyone do?? it is just too expensive and really the first visit was not an hour and the 2nd unlikely either, so just paying for dead time.

"No show and no communication "

Good at reminding you when the appointment is, not so good at turning up.At £150 an hour you would think they could turn up within a 4 hr window, but no.
Maybe they could communicate that they won’t be coming but no.
Won’t be using again.
