"Utter scam!"

Utter scam!! My friend and I booked speed dating for the 10/08/2024 at Trapeze bar in Shoreditch. We travelled from Colchester paying out the expense for the train and tube. We got to the bar as stated at 18:30, the venue had absolutely not clue of any speed dating and no one was there!! We had no correspondence from yourselves in relation to this and had a wasted journey and are now out of pocket for the original ticket to yourselves and the the train and tube price!! We have received no refund or communication since!!

Don't use this company. My event was cancelled and we were informed it would be rescheduled. We have heard nothing about a rescheduled date and I have attempted to get a refund on my four tickets purchased but have received no reply. Such a scam!

Event was cancelled (we received no communication about this beforehand), they have since issued a refund but kept the 79p booking fee which I find incredibly cheeky!

Update: definitely not ordering tickets from this scammy company again (suggest others do the same), what service?? Lmao

I bought tickets via FIXR website for a show in Brighton. 7 of us travelled down from various different cities all across the country, paid for accommodation too.. only to learn at the door that our tickets didn't exist! Our sole purpose for being in Brighton that weekend was for this show.

I have been trying to get a resolution and a refund from FIXR for over 2 months now and I have been mostly ignored, or only received a few liner replies. They have been very vague with their responses and still no refund.

No apologies, no offer of compensation for the fact that 7 peoples plans were ruined. We collectively lost about £1000 once you take everything into account.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS

Absolute scam of a company, do not buy from them.
Purchased tickets for a fake event, turned up to the place and it was closed.
Reached out on the app and was blatantly ignored when requested a refund.

After using this company for tickets for my partners birthday, I can say Iam appalled and will never use their services ever again. The gig was cancelled a month before without any warning or communication and when I tried to contact them (3 times via email and once on their website) they didn’t get back to me for 3 weeks and said it was nothing to do with them!?

After waiting well past the estimated timeframe for payments for the event, attempting to contact the team on the website, by phone, by email, we have still not received our revenue.
I am extremely frustrated with a company that does not respect the offers it makes to its users. We are a small organisation that is greatly affected by not being able to access our profits. The event took place on the 25th of May 2024 and they have still not payed us. FIXR PLEASE SEE TO THIS URGENTLY!

Bought tickets for a comedy night that wasn’t even happening.
Tried to call and was constantly disconnected
Emailed and ignored

"Cost more than you think.."

The light show was ok but after booking the tickets as a one off it seems I clicked on something on their web site allowing the company to take £18 every month, ok but you cant phone as it disconnects so from that one off avent I'm £72 out of pocket. It doesn't come up as a direct debit so they are just using one off payment info....beware.

Daughter ordered 2 tickets for an 16-17 yr old DNB rave, event was cancelled and moved to another date which she can't attend as she'll be 18. Contacted the event who told us to contact FIXR about a refund. Spoke to Kaitlin who said they'd look into it to then be told the event organisers won't allow FIXR to refund on their behalf and that we can sell the tickets on instead (which cant be done as she hasnt recieved new tickets and the tickets she has are disabled so how would she sell on???) but the event told us to contact FIXR for said refund!!!! Absolutely useless company who clearly won't refund for a cancelled event..... AVOID getting tickets from FIXR!!!!!!!!!!
FIXR tickets were in my daughters name, you want to discuss this further then I'm sure you'll see numerous emails from me!
