I had a problem accessing my tickets because made a mistake when getting my tickets. I emailed FIXR and they were super helpful and very efficient in changing things to be able to get my tickets.

I accidentally put in the wrong email address after purchasing tickets to a event. They sent them to the right email with a couple of hours and were really helpful

I couldn’t my tickets for an event I had purchased a few days ago, so I emailed fixr and Samantha replied straight away finding the solution!
Turns out I made a biiiig woopsie and spelt my email address wrong.
Absolutely wonderful service and refreshing to speak to such a helpful and lovely person
