Steal your booking fee if events get cancelled. The positive reviews seem a bit dubious, funny how several of them have similar wording e.g. how the website/app is “easy to use”. Probably paid for some bots to bury the genuine ones. Scammers!

I see another festival is being advertised. I bet its an over 18's and still not advertised that it is. I was scammed this year by false advertising and over £400.00 was taken from me through false advertising and no one is taking responsibility. Do not deal with this company unless you mind losing money and no customer service to help you get it back!!!! BE WARNED

I have touched base with you before but nothing gets resolved. you don't do anything!!! except pass the buck ticketplan who in turn send be back to you!!!
