I have been with Airtime Solutions for over 20 years and have always found them very helpful and they give excellent customer service which is very rare these days. When ever I have a problem with the supplier, they (Matthew and Kyle) sort it immediately. Thankyou Airtime Solutions

"Great service "

I was with O2 but was experiencing significant issue with coverage and service where I live. Spoke to Becky Matthew and Kyle who managed to sort out the contract and get it switched to a new provider which has better coverage in my area. The move was smooth and painless and the team, but in particular Becky, were really helpful. Happy customer here

What can I say except Rob you are amazing, after a dreadful overspend on my account, wont go into details, it was sorted within 30 mins. Fast efficient and best of all you are speaking to someone in the UK who cares and have the authority from 02 to sort your issue out.

"The number 1 thing was that I got my contract up and running again.…"

The number 1 thing was that I got my problem solved. As a Business customer I value systems that work all the time. Recently I received a cheque refund from O2 but I had not been with them for a long time and had switched to airtime solutions.

I had begun to despair but I did manage to get through to Matthew Parton who was invaluable in unravelling the problem. It took some creative lateral thinking but he managed to walk me through the sign on process - actually very straightforward.

For me the key to Airtime solutions is that you can talk to a real person - and even the same person on future occaisions.

Matthew was knowlegable and guided me through.

Result - contract renewed and a great weight off my mind.

"Stand by for massive bill"

Renewed O2 contract with Airtime as they offered a reduced monthly payment but......the first bill was 6 times higher than my average bill with O2 over the last 3 years. Waiting for a response and yet to be resolved.
Follow up - a helpful Matthew called a day after and I have been credited with excess amount charged (£500) above my normal bill.
Good personal response - thank you.
