"Holafly : une très mauvaise solution "

Suite à un achat de Esim sur Holafly, mon Samsung galaxy s21 s'est révélé être incompatible
Pourtant j'avais vérifié sur le site Holafly sa compatibilité. Je demande à présent un remboursement qui m'est refusé . La mauvaise foi d'Holafly est de me dire à présent que mon téléphone ne fait pas partie de leur liste compatibilité, ce qui est totalement faux. Société à éviter absolument, mieux vaut vous tourner vers votre opérateur actuel pour un forfait voyage qui sera beaucoup moins cher
