"Holafly is a scam, don't use this company!"

My sim card in Cambodia NEVER worked, and they don't want to refund me, it's a real scam, don't buy from them.
The e-sim cost me +60$, and I bought a physical sim card there for 2$.
The customer service tells me by whatsapp everytime that they will refund me, but nothing happened.
Worst client and service experience ever!
