Péssima experiência. Durante a venda NÃO informaram que o modelo de celular era incompatível com o e-sim da Holafly. Só descobri quando fui ativar o e-sim no dia da viagem internacional. Fiquei horas e horas sem internet no Chile, correndo riscos. Pedi que me devolvessem o valor pago no e-sim e até hoje NÃO me devolveram meu dinheiro. Absurdo!

Unreliable eSIM service and automated replies – disappointing experience with Holafly
I’ve used Holafly’s eSIM service multiple times, and I’ve repeatedly lost internet connection without warning or any lasting solution. This is not the first time it happens, and every time I report the issue, support sends a generic response, asks for patience, and promises that the “specialized team will look into it.”
There is no real follow-up or effective resolution.
I’ve followed all the recommended troubleshooting steps (rebooting, manual network selection, APN configuration, etc.), and yet the issue keeps coming back without explanation. It’s incredibly frustrating, especially when relying on the service for work or travel communication.
What’s most disappointing is that when you request a concrete solution, they reply as if it’s your first time complaining. I’ve had enough. This time, I won’t stay silent.
I’m demanding:
1. An immediate and permanent fix.
2. Compensation for the service loss.
3. Real human support — not templated messages.
If Holafly wants to be seen as a trustworthy solution for travelers, they must take full responsibility for recurring failures and improve their customer care dramatically.
