"I applied for an account in the middle…"
I applied for an account in the middle of Dec 2024 and they asked for a fee for the application which I felt obliged as it came at the end of a form with no warning. I did not hear from them until late Jan 2025, even though I tried various numbers around the globe with no success, they only answered the London number once and as per usual they made apologies, but no updates. I answered the form as honestly as possible, but they seemed to come back asking for information and I wondered if they even looked at the website by some of their responses even though they suggested they understood my project and could guide me along the way.
This complaint may well damage my application, but when "you are going nowhere"t and they don't seem competent for the task, you have to ask yourself if your money would be safe with them.
I have now lost my website designer because they were not prepared to put up with it any longer and they were vague when asked to clarify issues about WordPress plugins (they had to come from them). As for myself, it is 10 plus weeks I can never get back and untold damage to my startup. I understand they must ask questions, but questions that are one at a time over weeks when they should be experts is concerning, especially as I gave them a sample site, in a small niche market.
The Mantra is that they are there to help, but it is obviously not the case because it seems it has not only happened to me from reading other applicants.

"I signed for a new bank account"
I signed for a new bank account, as soon as I have opened it they charged me 300 Euro for managing fee.
Then they explained that it was for the enterprise account that I have selected, which never mentioned the cost, they probably just put a link to refer to.
Now they are saying that there is a 6 months commitment and they don't let me downgrade. A complete waste of money since they are managing nothing, I may have made a mistake by signing up for the enterprise account, but not letting me downgrade is a complete rip off and a customer service that does not help their clients.

I had a great experience with 3S Money. Great support from Greta during the online application. Was able to find most information on their website but Greta clarified some additional questions promptly. Unfortunately, we did not finish the process of opening a business account as our circumstances changed. After submitting the application and paying the verification fee, we asked to cancel the application and requested refund and had a confirmation email the following day confirming the cancellation and refund.
We will be confident to open an account with 3S Money in the future.

Great fintech connecting EU/GB companies’ needs for working and transferring with Arabian and African banking systems. Of course, the rates (FX and transaction) are high, but I fully understand that it is not SEPA, and 3s.money is working with higher-risk countries.
