This was a fantastic experience - punctual pick-up at airport, incredibly welcoming, older yet well maintained vehicle which ran smoothly for nearly 4‘000 km made this experience an incredible value for money deal.

Great phone support especially when my flights were cancelled and rebooked. Excellent Wellington shuttle service to and from Depot -prompt. Great cars at bargain prices. Staff friendly with a "can do" attitude - would use them again - please who ever is the CE - build them a better depot - the staff deserve it.

Good value rental cars. Easy and convenient pick up and drop off (Mt Wellington for me). Friendly and helpful staff. I have hired a car from here 3-4 times now whenever I’m in Auckland. Never had a problem with staff, or the admin or payment process or with a car.

Excellent prices, very friendly staff, good shuttle service between airport and location of car. Car old (lots of kilometres) but comfortable and, most importantly, very reliable with excellent gas mileage. What else could anyone want?

I recently rented a car from BRC in Auckland and it was great experience from start to finish. Really nice helpful staff, a great car at a very good price. When I had a minor accident I notified them and when I dropped it off some weeks later they were pleasant and helpful. The manager said he would have it repaired and send me the documentation for my insurance claim quickly. He did and the repair bill was very moderate.

Pick-up and drop-off were very quick and efficient. And the customer service agent was very nice. The car was a bit old, but it was very cheap, so worth it. No major problems or issues to report.

"A Bargain in Price and Service"

Most staff were friendly and helpful, particularly a Mr. Harry Hackett who stayed over his work hours to help us. Pricing is the most competitive in comparison. I like their night drop off giving me longer time/less stress use of the car especially returning from long distance.
Night drop off included a free shuttle to the terminal when required. Top of my list for car rental. The only damper was that I was not able to get the car I wanted because of the peak season but the trip came out well anyway.
