"Dårlig oplevelse"

Dårlig oplevelse. Skulle hente booket bil i Odense mandag d.10/2 kl 9, men der var ingen bil. Den kunne jeg hente i Svendborg (det ville tage mindst 1,5 time ekstra). Enterprise påstod at de havde sendt besked herom, men det passede ikke, tværtimod, de havde sendt bekræftelse om fredagen. Jeg spurgte hvorfor de ikke havde kørt bilen til Odense om morgenen, men det havde de ikke tid til. Ringe service!

"Surprise charge."

I had pre-arranged a rental and when I picked it up I was asked if I wanted normal tires or winter tires. There was no discussion of upcharge or any fee involved for winter tires, so I opted for winter tires. When presented with the digital receipt to sign for the rental, the zoom and pan of the screen were such that I could not see that the charge had been added. So, I paid an additional fee for something that was not originally quoted and not mentioned as a charge.
There was no issue otherwise. The car was acceptable and at a reasonable rate. The team was courteous and helpful other than the surprise charge.

A professional and helpfull service. The team always try to take care of the customer needs and fix the possible issues that could happen. If any disturbance happend they compesate the disturbance to the customer.

The car was great and check on/out was a breeze. However when we first got to the car we noticed a few stains on some of the seats that hadn’t been mentioned to us, and no one walked out with us that we could the stains out to. However, I just called the office right there and told them, and they noted and it wasn’t an issue.
