"Excellent Experience"
Great website - easy to make a choice.
Good price and excellent product - this is the second panel we have bought in the past two weeks. Although delivery is pricey I guess it reflects the real cost of shipping it north of Inverness. Product is easy to assemble and works very well.

"I wouldn't recommend using this company"
I wouldn't recommend using this company. I was given the wrong advice about the thermostat that would be needed and I'm still waiting for a refund as the thermostat I needed was cheaper than the one I was originally advised to get. The customer service was very poor and unhelpful.

"We are homeowners in Scotland and have…"
We are homeowners in Scotland and have no natural gas supply so rely totally on electric heating. We were introduced to infrared heating panels by a friend and are delighted with them. We have installed these panels in every room of the house. They are all ceiling mounted which allows for furniture positioning wherever we like as we have no intrusive radiators to work around. We have opted for the glass panel ones in all rooms except the bathroom where we have a mirror infrared panel. They all work off thermostats and have proved to be both economical and attractive. We have an old stone built property without cavity walls and these panels are great at ensuring we got no mould growth too. I really do recommend them. I have attached a picture of the ones installed in our kitchen.

"The service was excellent"
The service was excellent. I asked for and got a small discount, bought five heaters of different types and power, a picture one, a black one, a basic white one with vents and a roll-up hanging one with a picture and another smaller white one.
All were well packaged and protected, quick delivery and with plugs, although we wired them into switches. All work well.
The roll-up one will also heat the well behind, so best hanging away from the wall. The basic white one with vents at the top is the best and does an excellent job with quick warming.
All of them are economical and thin, and unobtrusive, so good for hallways. Easy to fit and also come with optional wheels. Easy non-fiddly controls or complicated working out power reqd.
Will buy again.

"No Heat, No Response"
I ordered a £250 heater which arrived quickly and was wall mounted 5 feet away from my bed. Other than the panel face getting hot, there was no discernible heat emitted into the room and no sign whatsoever of any radiated heat warming me up. I emailed the company for advice but was squarely ignored. As an aside, the wall mounting of the unit was difficult with cheap brackets and lugs on the back of the unit that (somewhat worryingly) bent. I'm now left with a large piece of scrap metal under my bed to fill the void in my bank account.

"Awful quality"
Awful quality - after 9 hours of use the heat panel has just exploded and thrown shards all over the room.

"Pathetic customer experience"
Pathetic customer experience, I accidentally ordered an industrial IR heater. And I couldn’t use it at home, so I asked the firm to organise a collection. They didn’t organise a collection instead they asked me to return it in my cost, which I did with the original packaging it came with. Now they are complaining that the parcel went through from parcel-force was damaged.
Seriously sick form to deal with, in my whole experience I didn’t dealt with a firm like this. As everyone knows Amazon does everything for free.

"Great experience with sales and technical team."
Happy with there product even post fault identification.
I spoke with the sales and technical team about refitting my flat with infrared glass panels rather than the current convection heater early 2020. The team provided me a set of coverage calculations and assisted with what power usage I would be expecting (approx. 60% power reduction, saving quite a bit on heating costs). I was able to clearly understand and confirm the size requirements and was even offered advice on best placement in the bedrooms and living room, which would improve overall heating efficiency throughout the flat.
Cut to end of 2022, and a fault was discovered which ultimately ended up cracking the glass panel. When I approached the sales team about the matter (fearing another costly purchase as one would expect after 2 years of owning a product in the UK), I was offered a brand new 'like-for-like' heater at no extra cost.
Yes I know I still will have to pay for a cert. electrician to remove and install the new heater but £100 is a lot more manageable compared to a bill I was expecting which would be £100 + £350 approximately.
Happy with there level of service and products offered and will happily encourage colleges and clients in the engineering and commercial industry to use infrared heating over alternative methods.
