Great product, I bought 2 heater panels, one came wrong, contacted them and the issue was sorted out, they had the incorrect heater panel collected and sent out the correct one.

MMy heater freaking exploded just two friggin' weeks after I got it! Can you believe that? And you know what? It's been three whole weeks since then, and not a single soul has bothered to reach out to me. Like, seriously? What kind of company is this? And don't even get me started on their phone lines. They're useless because no one ever bothers to pick up! I swear, something fishy is going on here. How can a company with supposedly good reviews be so freaking awful? It just doesn't make any sense!
