I've been emailing months with no help 😕 from the agency I can't log in and this has been going on for months now the moment I want to withdraw I couldn't even log into my account

I used to play with them until they refused to pay out I closed my account and complained about it but never got the winnings I was promised I cannot State any clearer to anyone thinking of joining mfortune or it's sister companies do not spend your hard earned money at their casino they will not be paying out .I have logged several players reviews with the same problem and just on one page of reviews everyone complains they didn't receive winnings.
I have complained with my solicitor to the gambling commission who has warned me of the regular complaints they have to look into regarding not paying out even on small amounts.please please do not use this company they are nothing more than legalised con artists

This company is awful. Can not get to speak to staff. Cm chat. Can be so rude when explaining I can’t get any joy from ringing up. One time I did actually get to speak on the phone over winnings of £400 the man was absolutely disrespectful the way he spoke to me. It took weeks to get my money. No matter what I sent which was everything apart from my shoe size they wanted more. Never in my life have i ever experienced a bingo site like it. I will not use this site ever again after being on it for over 7 years now. Anyway I am sure the site has been closed down due to money laundering. Try to get on it and you can’t so summit no right is it?
