I’ve been using this site for years and never had a problem... until now! I put £10 into my account which got me free spins. Didn’t win on then but went on to win £70 on bingo and slots. When I went to withdraw it said I have to wager £1270 before I can withdraw any winnings!! I’ve never had this before, always withdrew winnings. Even my winnings won through free credit or spins. I will not be spending my money on this anymore. Shame as I enjoyed the occasional flutter in this.

First time I've done that in 25years you or so and they won't give you a transaction reference or any thing as it data protection .... Now every other business I have felt with shows some sort it transaction reference so things like this can be resolved !! Please mfortune don't reply to this review it's worthless ! Unless you can provide me with the information to give to my bank to trace this money .....

So knowingly using M fortune 4 about 8 years now I think that this is the worse site to go on. I sugest you go on corals or William Hills for only as M fortune is a joke. Awful customer service. Awarded bonus. Met astronomical wagering requirements. Withdrew winnings. Never arrived in my bank account. Six emails sent. Kept on getting automated reply asking for confirmation of mobile number. Which I did. Called them, found out they had voided the withdrawal because I breached t&c's as I had two accounts. Apparently I opened an account back in 2016. That account never was used at all and I don't remember even opening it but I must have. Mfortune will use any excuse not to pay what's due and seem not to have any autonomy to use common sense or customer care
