"Overall good"

They offer quite a lot of free chances to play games. I managed to get over £30 without spending a penny of my own money. It was hard to wager because once I used blackjack it then automatically just counted 10% OFF each pound wagered even when you played slots. This is really something that needs to change or if not then people should be warned about it. The wait for live chat is way longer than most. But at the end of the day I had fun playing some games, didn't gamble my own money and got £30 without hassle. Much better than a lot of other sites out there

I've been playing mForutne for about 3 months now I was once addicted to gambling and lost a lot and family over how bad it got.
I'm still on the fence about it as I was not one for online slots I found setting limits as helped but only when am losing it's of no value when you've lost but AREN'T chasing the( fishing you back in wins) and the fun is still there ( difference been chasing a bad loss is no fun but having fun chasing little fun wins is FUN not the amount am losing)
could do with better no wager freebies base on how long your play at day not on what you deposit.

Amazing!! Deposited £30 and then won a 200% bonus. So I played my way through the wager to £900 worth and processed the withdrawal and received it within a few days. The Wager is alot however it tells you all this on the terms and conditions so I dont see why people are unhappy regarding it if they are choosing to play. Best online casino I have used

Mfortune....... Wow what an absolute bunch of crooks... All I wanted was my money that I had paid in and gambled.. and then won to the tune of £460. On their website it promotes that they are the phone bill casino.... but I have spent money from my phone bill as per their promoted deposit method and all I have been asked after my withdrawal request is questions about "mfortune have a duty to my phone provider" surely that is my duty..... as I pay the f‰@g bill. Then they want to see my phone bill and also my bank statement showing I paid my phone bill...... Wow.... What a bunch of stnuc.....

Absolute shithousery from this company i have paid my bill proved this with a bank statement , phone bill then they adjusted the dates as apparently didn't include the last date they wanted. i changed my phone bill date then paid this as well . Emailed a full PDF of my bill now they want me to post the document before they pay me out even though same document. Every time i have provided the information they require they then want something else i have now paid over £600 to get £260 back of them and they still wont pay. If any one wants to join me in raising a complaint and there parent businesses please email darren j lindsay 123 hotmail com all one word

- Gambling commision and IBAS set 3 objectives one being Fair & Open which these aren't reading these comments. I checked they are on the register so complaints made will be followed through. I worked for Coral for 10 years so no all about this and this is why i trusted them as they are on the register

Raise a complaint with them at Complaints @ MFortune not there other email then forward me this also request all GDPR information and call logs held by them and there off shoots. i was also promised multiple manager call backs never received then got one that day then got one at 10.30pm when it wasn't requested which is breach of GDPR regulations. then asked to speak to a manager and was told this wasnt allowed as i had requested one previously about the same issue. JOKERS I AM GOING TO GET MINE AND PEOPLES MONEY BACK. even a bank wouldn't ask for this much or a proper high street company PLEASE AVOID AT ALL COSTS

Further to this i am happy to this on your behalf also please log all complaints on Resolver or i can do this as well i can send forms and and all profits will be paid back into your registered bank account. They shouldn't be allowed to operate like this as a high street bookmaker wouldn't be able to. They should only ask for proof of earnings and bank statements if you are gambling in the high thousands

Every customer with a bad review are all having the same issue. Absolutely disgraceful site. So angry with them. They have been holding on to my withdrawal since 1st december 2019. I'm still waiting six weeks later after sending them every possible form of identification to prove who I am where I live. Even asked them if they would like my height, weight and eye colour while they're at it. Every reply and response is exactly the same as all the other customers because they are automated. Very quick to encourage people to play and spend money. Totally unacceptable and excuse after excuse. Absolutely furious and can't wait to delete account but will probably have to send countless amounts of identification for that too!!!!! Avoid Avoid Avoid Never ever again.
Below my review you will probably see a response which is just an automated reply like every other customer who has had a bad experience.

"Please don’t waste your time"

Please don’t waste your time, use a reputable site if you want to play and win anything! I had £400 to withdraw but because 4 months previously I had a bonus of £1 they took the money and only paid out a small amount as its in their terms and conditions that they don’t pay out over a certain amount of you use bonus’! So over these months they allowed me to deposit into my account and use it, but had no intention of paying out! It was a pain trying to get the small amount out I did..ID, driving licence, proof of address, bank statements! I worked for many years as a betting shop manager there is no need for them to do this- it’s so invasive! You don’t have to provide all of that to ladbrokes online, betfred, William Hill etc! They just try to find any way to not pay you out

2nd bad review in a week!!! So I’ve donewhat they wanted and proved that I have paid my phone bill. MFortune are now making out that I have an overdraft and for some unknown reason they want me to prove all details of an overdraft!!! WTAF!!!!! Why the hell would you even need to know about my personal banking!!!! THREE TIMES I’ve told you I DO NOT HAVE AN OVERDRAFT!!!! What is wrong with you!!! You are still sat on my £150 making excuse after excuse not to pay me!!! You are absolutely vile!!! Absolute disgrace and your behaviour is disgusting!! The complaint letter will be in the post!!! You are absolute thieves and there is no other word for you. DISGUSTING!!!!

"Still waiting for my withdrawal after…"

Still waiting for my withdrawal after withdrawing it on the 24th December?

I use lots if sites and this seems impossible to get your money even after ID has been provided. My ID has all relevant info on so it should be straight forward!

I could name 10 better sites for both bonuses, sign up process, customer service etc. Will be waiting for my withdrawal and not using the site again!
