I won 500 pounds, and I have been waiting for my money for two weeks. in the chat they keep saying that I have to send documents confirming my identity. I sent them a bank statement, a bank card removed, phone billing, even confirmation of payment for my phone number, photo from paypal. how long can you wait ...

Pathetic customer support. Someone else recently registered and incorrectly input their mobile number, meaning I have been receiving numerous text messages, starting at 4.30am in the morning.

mFortune "support" people are insisting I supply a vast amount of personal data to prove that someone else has made an error and that I am not the person who has set up the account (I've got better things to do at 4.30am).

They do not seem to understand that they have no right to ask me for personal information when I do not hold an account with them.

All I'm getting is copy-and-paste responses.

EDIT : Insisting on speaking to the account holder when I am NOT the account holder because I did not set up the account? Crazy.

Firstly the wagering requirements are extremely high for any type of bonus or spins. Secondly this group of sites spends your ‘actual’ money before it users your bonus money! (Which of course you’d then need to play through (and you’ll never get due to wagering).

I’ve made 3 withdrawals on this site over the last 2 weeks and NONE have arrived in my account.

Also note if you are withdrawing under £10 on a bank card they will charge you £3 for the privilege!!
