Saw a good sign up offer for free. Tried to upload ID and proof of address documents numerous times, keep having a text respond saying they’re not clear enough. The reason they’re clear is because the screenshot it takes looks like it’s taken by a 5 year old. Tried to contact on live chat which won’t work, 2 hours later I have already given up and will ‘Try’ and cancel my newly made account as cannot find that option anywhere and i anticipate harassment calls/emails as usual. I have given 2 stars based on my service although I don’t actually know what their customer service or gameplay is like yet.

Played a few games for a days and then had £30 in my account , so I withdrew the money and then they banned my account for no reason. I ask them for a reason as maybe I broke some rules somehow ?? They say it was a ‘ business decision ‘ and no other reason will be given. The company is a SCAM and breaks banking laws .
