I've been left with no choice but to throw over £300 of winnings down the drain as trying to get payout from them is impossible!

Multiple times I've uploaded documents for ID mobile and debit card info yet nothing was good enough plus I'm expected to get hold of information for s mobile number I no longer use and if course because of this pandemic the mobile company Is much a bunch of cocks as this lot

I had to put 1 star to write this review. Firstly, I won 25 free spins, won money, but it had to go in bonus fund??? Odd. Then I looked at withdrawal, and it said I needed to wager nearly 600 quid to withdraw bonus funds. Pathetic. I kept winning and the wager crept down. I got winnings of 118 in my bonus fun and the wager said 97 pounds left to go before I could withdraw. I assumed that I was guaranteed 21 quid there. How wrong I was. I wagered nearly all. Got down to only 15 quid in my bonus fund and looked again. It still said I needed to wager 60. How? 118 take away 97 is 21. Or am I wrong? . In my eyes I was guaranteed 21 quid. But noooo. I got even higher, up to 249 pounds and the wager said 37 left to withdraw. I put 10 pounds per spin on and 4 spins should have covered it. But again no. Got down to 100 again and it said 15. Pathetic. No clear way of instruction. Even in small print. How is this possible. When I got up to 249 the wager was below 70. So I should have been allowed to withdraw 179. Maths is easy for me. I finally found out I could withdraw at 50 quid. But now, the day before it was due to go into my bank I get a message saying they need more info before I can get my money. I deposited on card, and withdrew on the same card, so clearly its me. Pathetic excuses will be given in my persuit of my winnings. They only exist because of scamming people. I am going to the gambling commission, trading standards and Martin Lewis for help. By rights they owe me more than 170. Scam. When I get my money.... And I will get my money. Believe me.... I'm deleting and won't be going back to them. Clearly I'm the person who has played it. Clearly the one who deposited. And clearly in the right. They owe me money. And I'm going to get it.
And when I got this message, the day before it was due in my bank, they said I had to go on the app via live chat etc, and that had 60 people waiting. Tells you alot that. Then got down to 39 people and cut me off. Went back on and 55 was in waiting. Pathetic company.

Dont know what these 1 star reviews are talking about I signed up got 50 free spins won £170 and the withdrawal was long but I never deposited so that's understandable but it is easy if u have right ID with you so passport, birth certificate and bank statement with all your details on there.

Would give this joke of a company 0 stars if it would allow. Will take you money instantly but of you win and want to withdraw the fun begins asking for proof of phone bill, proof of address, then a bank statement to show you pay for that phone bill. Done all this 3 times till they finally get back and request proof that I have paid this month's phone bill, which isnt due to be paid for another 2 weeks. How is that any of there business. Have spoken with the gambling commission and it would appear this company is being investigated as they have had 100s of complaints about similar issues and them trying to make obtaining your funds almost impossible. I'm sure you will see a generated response popping up to this post in reply saying they are doing it yo protect your money etc etc... Which I c on staly get in live chat or phone calls. Saty well clear of this mess is my advice do not use there services and hope these thieving tw#ts get what they deserve in the long run

Didn't recognize a single game, it gave me £2 bonus and when u click on a game it asked for my mobile number and for me to download the game to phone? Also got an immediate text offering me to deposit. I've been playing for years and the casinos that text your phone tend to be the desperate ones.
