Never ever signed up to account with them, but all of a sudden I’m receiving text messages from them. I’ve asked for them to stop and they want my whole life story before they’ll do anything. Horrible company, why can’t they just have a stop texts number oh because they want all my details so they can sell them of or just send me even more garbage

I won 500 tried to withdraw asked for Id sent passport screenshot of bill paid from Vodafone and transaction proof from bank, but they wanted to see my after balance of bank erm no and see a bill that is not produced for another 11 days even though they had everything they needed, I use boku also for phone payment never had any of this crap, then I phone and the rude guy on the phone kept reading from a sheet " we tell you to read or t and c's" it's says may ask for further information not that they have too my mate had fresh account withdrew 65 from phone deposit no problem only difference amount, I'm part of a pretty big gambling group and tipping party and I'm going to make it my number 1 goal to steer people well away from these con artists 20 odd years of gambling over dozens of sites never had this before

Been going on once a fortnight spending my benefit trying to win something so I can go see my mum and grandkids and treat them..but sadly this has never happened. What a fool I've been. "Awful company and the worst customer…"

Awful company and the worst customer service experience. Won £102 and mfortune are holding onto my winnings until I'm able to produce next months phone bill. They were quick enough to take the money from my contract provider and never needed checks then. I used them last month and paid my phone bill which I can produce evidence made a withdrawal and didn't request anything then and sent all my documentation. It means I have to wait a month for my money. I will never use this company again and try to hold onto peoples money as long as possible. They dont like people winning. I'm not sure how mfortune are regulated and should be shut down. I provided every form of I'd known to man last month and they still want more.
