One star is only because I cant give zero star rating. Honestly I beg everyone to avoid or leave this horrific app as soon as possible. It was utterly shameless the way they conduct themselves and business, not following gambling regulations then refuse to pay out.
This week alone I won £400 from £30 deposit on slots, which I withdrew Monday morning. On thurday I contacted Mfortune to check the status of withdrawl to which I was told I had to send over more documents, this was second time after winning back in February I had to send proof of phone payment which was fine despite the eventual payment being recievted 22 days after winning.
Today I was told that I must send bank pay slip, proof of phone payment, copy of letter with address and an online banking screenshot???? I spoke with an advisor called Tom who said this was policy, which I find incredible. I sent information which was told as I was in my overdraft the payment cant be made as they cant be sure EE recieved payment. I then sent EE payment bill to be told they couldn't confirm the line was active at moment despite fact I was phoning from my mobile??? Incredible.
I asked to speak to manager to be told this wasnt possible and that winnings would be cancelled if documents weren't sent within 7 days???
I have recieved email late this afternoon that I have 48hrs to send online banking screenshot with account details or winnings will be void?
Please everyone avoid this scandalous company they are robbing people blind and not following regulations set out by gambling authority. I have learned hard way about the scam they are running I beg others to not get drawn into the company and report them asap.

How many million horrific reviews over the past years does it take to change your so-called policies?!! I'm shocked your company still exists!! It is ridiculous how one of your agents is assigned to give generic dumb replies to the furious people who only want to cash out their winnings. I'm not even bothering to write my own experience after reading so many reviews because as you have guessed it will be 100% THE SAME AS THE REST OF THE COMPLAINTS!!! DUMBASSMONKEYS!!!

Please stay away from this app! It’s a scam. Deposit £100+ in different intervals have never get to an amount to withdraw, for those how have played will notice would do never really win a lot over the amount you put in, you seem to lose till you get to a couple of pounds then you will win you’re original deposit back minus a couple of pounds, hence you will not be able to withdraw plus are more likely to keep playing. You are better off just playing free games along the same platform if you are only in it for fun and to pass the time. I learned the long hard way please don’t make my mistake! sign up to Paddy Power or one of the bigger names. It’s not worth you’re money on this app FACT!!!

Wow!! Don't no where to start tbh Well and truly a rip off that's one thing for sure very fast to take your deposit then eat the money a few times I've have winning lines but refused to give anything yes gambling is gambling but this is a scam off a site.

Shocking company, would go out of business if they weren't a gambling company and preying on the poor. Crap software and incapable of unsubscribe from the barrage of texts and emails without calling them up.

Tried to open an account and deposited £10 but never received activation code that is only available via sms and not email. The resend activation does not work. I have asked to refund so I’ll wait and see.
In reply: I contacted your live chat and was told to contact my service provider as they can block the sms number. I spent over an hour on this to be told my service provider has not blocked any sms from this company. Still not got activation code or refund for an account that is not active but they were happy to take the deposit before activation of an account. Why??. I will update when my deposit is refunded. I have wasted far too much time trying to register. At least I will be able to chargeback from my back if I don’t receive my refund back. I would avoid wasting time with this company in the future and stick to the better known brands.
Update: refunded deposit 26/08/2020.

Absolute scammers. Tricksters. Liars. Dishonest and untrustworthy.
I tried to make a legitimate withdrawal, they requested ID. I sent the ID, they claimed it was unreadable, so I sent it again, once more they claimed it was unreadable. The images were perfect from my side. This went on for some time, until they finally accepted the withdrawal... the very day the time lapsed and the withdrawal amount was reduced!
What's interesting? The image they accepted was one I had already sent which they declined, I had a feeling they were up to something so I did this on purpose.
All the emails, images and communications have been forwarded to the relevant authorities and commissions. I am hopeful their actions will be investigated.
Stay away from this amateur, dishonest, lying company.
Edit to add: It is worth reading the reviews on AskGamblers too, the positive ones are hilarious... I'll let you decide if they are 'legitimate'or not.

Awful awful awful awful! If you deposit money via phone bill they are more than happy to accept the transaction and take your money, but as soon as you win anything and try to withdraw this they then require your phone bill statement and proof that you've paid it.
Your basically saying you don't trust your customers. As I told one of your idiot colleagues that before accepting the money when deposited by phone bill you should put In place that you require evidence phone bill has been paid before releasing the deposit onto the account. This is a fix because at the beginning when you create the account you win so much but then it states you have to wager almost £1,000!!!! By the time you have completed the wagering requirements you DON'T WIN NOTHING!!!!!

"Reluctance to refund."
Generally had good experiences with this company over the last 9 years, but on Saturday, whilst on line, £33 disappeared from my account, which has already been confirmed as an Mf system error by the first person I spoke to when I complained.
Despite 3 phone calls to them since, two today, I've just get told IT are looking into it. My game record clearly shows it's their system error. They should be refunding first and finding out where the bug in their system is next. This will be escalated if, in my view, they continue to fob me off. Happy to take our money, not so keen to refund.
Now Tuesday and despite a promise of a call by Monday and the situation being rectified by Monday, all I've had is 'the IT team are looking into it. When I said I'll inform the Gaming Commission, the rep smugly replied' they'll just refer it to us', so Mf think they've got you over a barrel. We'll see.
Wednesday update, money has been returned to my account. Thank you.
