To answer a reply thats not been made yet clearly by reading this im aware of all your policies and fine print, this is not a reach out for help so please dont waste your time saying how you cant discuss an account over this network ect ect, this is to make sure the next poor soul who thinks your a good idea knows better or at least all the information...... once you are accepted and id is done it does not finish there...work needs to be made up so fully registered people who have had thousands of pounds in pay outs will require an id check, and a back track of deposited funds at their whim when ever they see fit, i feel so sorry for the next jackpot winner. I have deposited 3 times by phone bill. I have withdrawn £10 but have now been told i have to supply my phone bill and bank statement to prove i have paid my phone bill. My new phone bill is not due until the last day of the month, then my payment is not due until 20th December. So that means they are quick to take my money but not will to pay it out. Stay well clear. Absolute cons.


So I have updated this reveiw as you will be able to see the response for Mfortune. The reply shows they are skirting around the fact it will take me 2 months to get pay out. Jokers, absolute jokers. Telling me to phone that number, do they think i have not already phoned that number and sent emails to try sort it out. 2 months for a payment how di they expect to keep customers. They can keep the £10 i tried to withdraw but in return they will be getting hit on my social media channels and gambling forums to warn others to stay well clear.
