"Big up MFortune for paying out my no…"
Big up MFortune for paying out my no deposit winnings. You guys really need to start reading terms and conditions before playing and withdrawing as I had no issues and woke up this morning with the £110 I’d won receiving payment 12 hours after it had processed. It does say on the site that it’s a max withdrawal of £50 though for no deposit players when currently it’s £200 max withdrawal of a no deposit for UK players and £50 for non uk players once completing your x20 wagering requirements. Honestly stick to the terms and MFortune will do what they’ve got to do on their side when it comes to withdrawals.

"Withdrawal process & providing documents."
I previously wrote a four star rating awaiting the funds. This is an update to say I have recieved the funds. Those that are calling this website a 'scam' are incorrect. I had some issues with the verification process - Way harder than any major casinos, I am not going to lie. However this casino is independent to the major names such as Corals, Ladbrokes ect. For an independent company they are not doing too badly, Slots are a little bit boring compared to some of the mainstream slots. I got told that my PayPal account needed to be resubmitted but once I had resubmitted I had no further issues and it was paid within 3 hours into my PayPal after the text message to say they have sent the funds. The weakest parts of the site are 1. Their verification process, could do with some work however if you follow their instructions, they will payout 2. Some of their games, maybe some more interesting bonus rounds to keep it entertaining? Maybe buy the use of one of the mainstream slots?
These are just some ideas that I would recommend. However, they do what they say they are doing and if you follow the instructions you WILL get paid out.

"Asked for I D I uploaded everything…"
Asked for I D I uploaded everything that they ask me for even after they accept it they still wanted more. It was ok till I tried to withdraw I didn't need to show any I D to deposit and play but soon as I tried to get some of my money back they made it impossible.
I've now closed my account told them to keep the money. FULL ON RIP OFF
I WILL NEVER USE AGAIN AND THINK NO ONE SHOULD.

"I have been using mfortune for 4 to 6…"
I have been using mfortune for 4 to 6 months ..I recently put more money on though I had won quite a bit before this and my overall loss was not that great ..all my documents have been accepted ..they emailed me and told me that my account had been restricted and they would not pay out my withdrawal until I sent them details of how much money is in my account ..its a complete disgrace they took my deposit but will not pay out my withdrawal ..I refuse to send them details of how much I have in my account so they refuse to pay out ..I will take this to the fraud squad . Anyone else using mfortune be very careful of this ..I am in numerous other casinos and have never been asked how much is in my account ....its no ones business except mine and if there was no money the deposit would of been declined ..please has anyone else had this ..I will put this all over media to stop other people being ripped off...ibhave now had a reply from mfortune on trust pilot telling me to email the complaints department at mfortune ..I have sent 6 emails without reply but yet they can reply to trust pilot just to pretend to look good for the public ..they are a fraud and refuse to answer my emails and refuse to pay out my winnings of 100 51 although I have met all there criteria ..does anyone know if there is a regulatory gambling organisation I can report mfortune too

"Nice little win"
I had a message from mFortune offering up to 30 free spins for depositing £3, so I chucked in a fiver, won 30 free spins on the wheel and ended up with about £12 in my bonus funds.
The game the bonus funds were linked to wasn't really going my way, so I played the Cat & Mouse slot for a bit which used my deposit funds instead of the bonus money. Had a bit of luck and ended up with £60 cash in my account.
I figured that was good enough for me, so I requested a withdrawal and forfeit the bonus money. I wasn't asked for any ID, and 11am the next day I got a text saying the withdrawal had been processed, and the money was in my account less than 30 minutes later using Visa Direct.
So many people seem to have verification issues upon withdrawal, and not just with this site. All the review pages for various casinos all have the same negative reviews plastered across them. I personally have never had an issue with any company when it comes to taking money out, be it £30 or £300.
Best thing anyone can do to avoid any grief is use a debit card (avoid PayPal, Skrill, phone bills etc) and be on the electoral roll. Have some ID on hand in case they ask.
Maybe I'm just lucky, I don't know. All I do know is I'm £55 up and it was a painless. Cheers!

"Hello dont play here games are designed…"
Hello dont play here games are designed for high stakes as if you play 1- 2 pound stakes per spin for five of a kind of good symbol you win 10x-12x very low return to player. Jackpot is for keeping you hooked its more likely you will have trip to mars or moon than winning it. Free spins also is crap 5 spins for same base wins. Very poor return. I spend 360 pounds and dont see any point playing here again no chance of even double winnings. If you have money dont play here more better casinos out there. Lets keep it fun and don't waste our money with no chance of decent win. Happy New year to everyone.

"This is a discusting company"
This is a discusting company. I wholeheartedly agree with 1 star reviews (all 5 star reviews simply must be fake) mFortune have been using these underhand tactics for years I can't believe they are allowed to continue getting away with it. I used to be addicted to gambling and gave them many many thousands of pounds in quick succession (I never withdrew money, every deposit I made I just gambled and gambled until I lost it), when, after a long while, I went to actually draw some money out after a modest win they kept requesting ID after ID even re-requesting same ID had already previously sent to them! This went on for 4 (yes four) months and still hadn't paid me. Eventually I had to instruct a solicitor to threaten legal proceedings and they then paid out my 'winnings'. Avoid mFortune at any cost and any company associated with them. They are Crooks. Please see Nicholas Hill's reviews for the truth.
