Absolute joke I play on loads of different casino sites and have had no problems with any of them .However I have played on MFortune and won 60 pound in November I have sent all my identification and bank statements and phone bills and they still won’t pay me my money they are robbers avoid at all cost

What a total joke I used my Debit card to make a few deposits then having decided I had lost enough went to withdraw my £13.97 only for them to ask for ID to get my own money put back onto the same card I used to deposit my funds with I spent from about 8pm till 1145pm tonight trying to send them a picture of my passport it didn't confirm it was OK so I tried to contact them first time I waited over an hour to get connect to an advisor only to get cut off just as I was about to get an answer so I waited another 45 minutes to get connected to someone again who said they hadn't received my ID Documents so I tried again and had to joined the queue again waited another hour till I eventually got someone who used the Covid-19 pandemic for the reason that I have spent my evening trying to give them the ID they want well I'm sorry but the Covid-19 pandemic has been going on for over a year so you would think they would have enough staff on to cover the customer's who need the I also don't understand why they didn't ask for all this ID when I was depositing my money it's not like I was withdrawing more than I deposited or trying to send it to a different source all I want is my money put back to the account it came from could I Email my Documents across as this would solve the problem and I could stop loosing the will to live no was the answer so it looks like I will have to spend my full day tomorrow trying to get them to give me my money back if I had known I would have to go through all this to get my money back I wouldn't have gone near them I would see the point if it was a large amount or I was asking it be sent to a different source but for got sake it's £13.97 when I deposited more than that today I'm getting to the stage I will ask them to donate it to a military charity being ex military myself and having sustained a brain injury fighting for our country summarise don't deposit if you want to withdraw that seems to be against their rules I will give it one more try tomorrow but I won't hold my breath so be warned play at a reputable site or don't play a tall they don't even have phone support when you have an issue maybe that's how they make there money grinding people down until they give up trying to get there money back

After reading these other reviews i was expecting to be given the run around with phone bills.. but to my suprise i got a text next day saying processed and was in account 1 hour after that so thumbs up.
