You guys really do deserve 0 stars 🌟 because everything these people are saying in the review section is completely true and if they don't want to pay these guy their money and its not even that much why should I believe that you guys will pay me my £990...I just called these people and they just picked up the phone stayed silent then hang up.

I am going to sue the company with all these evidence I got because they are not getting away with my money I'm sorry.

It's not cool to say you are a trusted company then scamning people and not releasing people money, that is why their director got sued by the gambling commission

How messed up is that, mFortune wants to take people money but when they are meant to pay you your winnings it's alot of rubbish and delaying

Around a month ago I joined the company and received a free £5bonus which was pretty cool.
I then went on to win around £200 and withdraw it.
After a long 2 week wait nearly they have said that my ID is cleared however says that according to a term and condition only 50 is withdrawable but as long as I get the 50 in the next 4 days its worth a go.

They want proof of my deposit I made via phone bill. That will not be till the 15th of next month. I am not hanging around filling in forms till then. I am sorry but I am going to report this company to the gaming commission.

UPDATE: Someone from their customer services called last night to say there was an issue with my security and they were no longer processing my funds, he couldn't even tell me what was wrong. I provided every last bit of information!

If you look them up you will see the Gambling commission did an audit on them and they ended up having to pay a fine of £3.5M. Perhaps this is why they NEVER pay out!

My complaint has now been logged with the Gambling Commission and I have also sent a complaint to their complaints department (I won't hold my breath though).

I won £200 back in DECEMBER it’s now JUNE! I have sent in as requested.

*proof of address
*phone bills

All This has been sent multiple times! I’ve spoke to multiple agents on the phone too all rude!

Every time I’m told
“Your documents are accepted money will be with you in up to 5 days!”

Never is!

Last night I had a call from them stating to be the gaming compliance

*where my income came from
*what I did for a living?
*why I was on benefits?
*where else I gamble

I am not impressed! I have jumped through so many hoops for you to con and scam me… asking for everything under the sun! Funny how you didn’t need this info to TAKE my money!

ive put 200-300 quid into this website over 2 months and when i finally try make a withdrawal of 30 pounds they ask me for my phone bill and my bank statement proof of payment,

they wont accept it even though in the last 2 days ive paid my 120 pound phone bill for this month, and its in black and white on my bank statement. thats not good enough? how is that not good enough its concrete evidence ive paid my bill how can you deny that.. you can't.

then they try telling me that because i didnt pay my phone bill the same day that i deposited my money onto the website that's the reason i cant withdraw and personally i think that's HILARIOUS!!!!!!!!!!!

I banked a thousand pounds saturday I was told all my I.d was fine and accepted but still my winnings havent been processed in now being told I need to click the link and do a bot more real time I.d which is fine but no link has been sent I've been told for 3 days now it will be with you shortley but still not got I've contacted live support to ask for this to be sent and get told a manager cant do anything I have to wait for banking only they can do anything I've asked to make a complaint I get fobbed off I've sent email after email to support to get no reply I've made a complaint to complaints team still nothing I haven't got the link i haven't had any text to even advise me of this its only because i made contact i even found this information out I've even sent over extra I.d bank statements photo I.d Bill's galore I've had enough it happens evertime I withdraw over a certain amount I don't mind sending stuff in that's not a problem but send me the link I'm waiting on and also they told me when i get the link i need to send proof of my card I've aid I dont deposit by card that option was taken away I do it by paysafe had no answer to that I just want the link so I can get my winnings I have contacted resolver now I've had enough you send emails get no where and apparently making a complaint womt make a difference there is nobody higher than banking which cant be right surely I have sent a complaint to the complainant team by email but I dont hold my breath

I’d give 0. They are the worst company ever to do anything with. Customer service is shocking. I won my money fairly. Withdrawal process was shocking. Not only did they take my money that I won and what I put down. Sent proof of what they wanted and then closed my account so they didn’t have to pay out. Please please avoid!!! Save yourself money and hassle. I hope this company gets shut down for wronging people. Not only me but 3 of my friends have won large amounts and were band so they didn’t have to pay out and wouldn’t even give a reason.


I have emailed your complaints. I’ve emailed you a bunch of times and you can’t find an account because you have banned it! Don’t accuse me of not reviewing the right websites.
