You are starting to leave me believing all the bad reviews as i too am now in the same situation as others in you have all the requested documentation and in a readable format and now find myself starting to believe your company to be of very dubious nature. I have accounts with many online gaming companies and none have put up brick walls in trying to hinder any form of paying out. I guess i will have to look at using legal means to retrieve my money just on sheer principle. Such a shame.

This company will do everything to withhold any payment due to you. I can almost 99.9% guarantee you any positive reviews are fake. As if people havent contacted your complaints team etc. Absolutely comical (8 months). This company and there umbrella companys need a wake up call WBA have just accepted sponsorship from them also people have 2 get them shut down before they steal anymore. Please do some homework it's possible to find there owners numbers which I can't post on here as my review will unfortunately will b removed there scrupulous and deciptfull theifs no way is there company getting away with there underhand tactics. This is a true customer experience with Intouch gaming (mfortune) please stop trying to have reviews removed from platforms when they are genuine customer experiences that is several or more attempts to hide the blatent truth about your organisation.

Fine... the 6 working days later nothing had to send a statement again and then i got locked out cause my countruly wasnt supported? After sending all i sent they knew the address now i cant get s hold of them live chat wont let me in pure scammers

They are the lowest of the low, all you have to do is read genuine reviews on trust pilot of all the above sites owned by in touch games and they are all the same, can’t withdraw now you know why, don’t forget these scumbags have been fined twice by the gambling commission for money laundering and immoral practices and failing to pay customers they are the worst of the worst. Everyone who reads this needs to complain to the gambling commission, trading standards, watchdog and share on every social media platform you can to warn friends, family and other people about this. The owner of on touch games is one of the wealthiest people in Britain now you know why. I complained to the gambling commission and they are aware of this company and are looking into then again so I urge everyone to do the same, I hope watchdog do a rouge trader slot about them. Then you get the bot reply 😂, they are not sorry you have encountered problems playing with them and the complaints email box they tell you to complain to is full to the max, I would never ever contemplate playing with this shower ever again I mean why would you, you wouldn’t get paid if you won and their games are shocking total rip off from the big casino games, I mean god knows why anyone would want to play with them , terrible games, and they don’t pay out . Don’t get caught out by replaying your winnings this is what they want, take screenshots of everything of your prepared to wait hours to get on live chat or days/weeks for a call or email, ask for a subject information request this is a log of all your correspondence and they are if you ask required to give you this by law. Reply to that imbecile who has just left a fake review above and is obviously another in touch games employee because that’s the only good reviews they can get. This is the type of company your dealing with, sitting there at in touch games head office laughing at reviews as they don’t give a s**t, read the real reviews thicko!!! So many loyal hardworking customers can’t withdraw what they rightfully won because your scam company who have been fined TWICE by the gambling commission, no mention of that in your fake review, hopefully we will all be laughing soon when your scam company gets shut down and your out of a job 🙏
