"Awful company …"

Awful company I've made several withdrawals over the years that has gone into my bank no problem and recently they need more ID which I send and then they ask for proof of my phone contact which I send,then they want proof that I have paid my contract?? I don't get why they would need proof of me paying my bill?.

"Great casino"

Very good app which is very stable without shutting down. Games are great.

Reason for 4 stars is simply down to the overall time it takes to withdraw. Theres lots of id checks once you withdraw. Even though id previously made a withdrawal from mFortune and had been checked. I understand to a certain aspect of why they do this as i think its currently uk gambling laws. I just wish you would / could get verified in one go and then every withdrawal after that is ok with no id checks. Ive received all my winnings from mFortune so no issues there, just a tad slow.

However, i think there customer service is absolutely fantastic. Both on the phone and via live chat. Its so nice to phone there customer services and get through to a human and talk. Every call ive made dealing with my withdrawals and id checks has been plain sailing and staff are very helpful and polite. I will be back

"This site is a scam!!"

This site is awful, quick to take money but do not payout when you win! Provided all ID then wanted videos of me holding my ID all that provided and they now want a Skype call totally unnecessary but agreed to it. They still haven’t made the Skype call to me do not believe what must be fake positive reviews and do not use the site it is a scam!

EDIT you have responded and I have emailed complaints email address yet you have not responded? Still no payout

"Quick follow up to previous review"

This is a quick update on my previous review of this operator and what the agent Alexandra just said in chat is, quite frankly, shocking.

After refusing to pay out on My debit card deposit win I asked them to clarify why they wanted phone bills from Oct of last year. It took 3 or 4 times of asking to get an answer. Agent said if used the number to deposit back at that time year and I replied reminding her I sent the bill showing the amount of £86, line rental £26 & outside / extra /premium charges £60. I then sent them a bank statement for that month showing payment made to Tesco Mobile of £86 and they confirmed they received it and rejected it and now they would need to see an end of term contract bill.

I asked more so out of curiousity more than anything if they were aware of outstanding documents requested my acct, why then did they simply allow me deposit after that with different method and Alexandra said, get this...

I was verified as to being over 18 with their in house system and therefore deposits are at my, the players, discretion as that's all they need to allow you to deposit and it wasn't till withdrawal attempt that a different system flagged the outstanding missing docs request l from 1 yea back.

Update, MFportume, that's your response to every neg feedback. Not taylored to me or even a person writing it's just an automated response.

All I will say is you've flagged my initial, which only served to have TP request evidence which I then gave them which led to my review being verified so that I I will say ty for that. You basically substantiated my claim against you for me

This operator should have its licence reviewed and its ethical practices scrutinised.

01!/10, Another Update. Actually got to speak with a manager. Not that he helped. Do you know how infuriating it is when you get totally non relevant replies to direct questions? I pointed out several of their terms they broke or ignored.

For example, their policy is to request Documents and, until they receive them they say, the player acct will be restricted and, quote "Unable to do business with you." end quote.

A, this isnt a dragons den audition and B, you don't restrict anything.... except the ability to withdraw.
I asked you why let me deposit with docs outstanding for 12 months when your terms say my acct should have been restricted? "Ummmmm, errrrrm, ehhhhh,Well.. please accept my apology for that.."

Thats all he did when I pointed out they had breached their terms is say how he can only apologise. Don't want your apology, I want my money back! Fcuking con artist!! Be glad your remote and not a physical on Street betting outlet!

As for UKGC...What do you do other than issue a slap on the wrist fines, aka The Sanctions Register, aka the naughty boy book? It Lists the casinos caught red handed and fined before being allowed to continue trading. How many licences have you revoked vs suspended then lifted?

By the way people, on that Sanctions register is MFortune, UKGC "Give us a kickback, I mean pay a fine, then we will lift the suspension and carry on offering the public a con. How you, UKGC, can refer to yourself as a regulator is laugjable. Why such a weak Commission exists I don't know.

And MFortune, Look what i found! What not to do as per the rules stated and given by the UKGC:

UKGC Statement -

"Players must not be asked for information at the point they request a withdrawal from their account if the operator could reasonably have asked for this information at an earlier time.
Further information on the rules on identify verification can be found in our age and identity verification consultation response document."

I shall draw attention to point 3 above Mr MFortune! Because there can be no argument that you have done this over and over again, I have now petitioned the IBAS, based on what you say on your site and what UKGC says you must not do, for the return of all deposits you allowed me to make after the request for documents was first made.

UPDATE Oct 07th. MFortune, Thank you for paying my Win. I still think its wrong I've had to do all this and wait a month to get it, however, in the interest of remaining fair and Honest, I can say to readers I have received the win without a need to provide any of the docs they initially requested. This case I now cconsider, at long last and finally, closed.

"this is the 3rd review I am resorting…"

this is the 3rd review I am resorting to leaving about this company, do not use this company finally they accepted my documents after 8 days delay and requesting every document under the sun, I requested a withdrawal of 3000 GBP they have only paid me £1000 GBP and are saying that they can only pay £1000 GBP each working day for ''security purposes'' the UKGC have confirmed to me that no policy or security purpose exists to justify this, imagine you won £100,000 on this website you would have to wait 100 days to receive 100% of your winnings which is disgusting, I would urge anyone with issues which seems like a lot of people are having to contact the UKGC and report this company as I have and they are due to be investigated again as they conduct theirselfs in a fraudulent manner and breach numerous licensing conditions and consumer rights/laws. imagine I won £3000 from say William Hill or another reputable bookmakers and tried to cash in my bet they told me sorry we can only pay you 33.3% per day. what a joke M Fortune are

"I won £100 several weeks ago and even…"

I won £100 several weeks ago and even though I supplied all IDS I was asked for a year or so ago and was told by mFortune that everything was in order, I still haven’t received my winnings to my bank card, which is the same bank card I use for deposits. I’ve contacted mFortune several times over the past few weeks and keep getting emails from them asking for more information. When I supply this I get another email telling me my Query is closed as I didn’t respond. I did! Dreadful way to treat a customer. I’ve sent a complaint about this and I still haven’t received any response. So disappointed in mFortune as I’ve deposited more than I’ve won.

"They'll keep your money!"

mFortune makes every effort to remove negative reviews, so take the score with a pinch of salt. This is the third time I'm having to post.

I made a withdrawal attempt back in May. I am writing this in September. For whatever reason, mFortune is dragging this withdrawal out and is having me complete surveys and send legal documents to them several times, despite them having received these documents multiple times now. Each time taking weeks to respond with their next excuse/request to delay the withdrawal.

I don't think it'll ever come.

Please don't use this casino, its run by crooks.

Edit: I have already gave you my details in a previous review. You opened a complaint case but you just go around in circles. Asking for document A, then B, then C, and then your circle back to A. This is on repeat. I've given up.

"Absolute Scam"

I put in £30 and won just over £500.

When I deposited they didn’t ask me for my ID or anything. When I tried to withdraw they asked me for 10+ different types of ID, then once I uploaded them all, they asked for more, so I uploaded them and again… I was asked for more.

I ended up giving up in getting my winnings as they move heaven and earth to keep your money, and just give you stupid excuses as to why they can’t pay out.

Please whatever you do, do not put money into this site/app as they will just scam you out of any and all winnings you get!
