Mfortune have amazing customer care.
I had problems with a payout yesterday and was requested by mfortune to send them i.d I.e drivers license,proof of address, proof of bank statement my phone bill had been paid and proof from my network provider my bill had been PAID.
I uploaded all the required evidence and never received notification that it was accepted. So I rang up mfortune and spoke to an amazing guy who explained proof of my phone bill wasn't accepted as it didn't show my full name,my address,and my telephone number registered to my mfortune account. The ADVISOR explained how I could get the required information and Even waited with me on the phone why I got the proof and let me upload it and the advisor got it accepted.
I have since then received a text confirming my winnings as been passed to the payments team to process my winnings.

The reason mfortune ask for all this information from you is to verify your identity and prove who you say you are.
The are required by law to request This information if they feel it is necessary.
And if you use mfortune and are on a pay monthly contract and use your Mobile to deposit then mfortune will ask for proof that any money you've used on your mobile bill to deposit on mfortune must be paid and cleared on your mobile bill before mfortune can process your winnings

Because alot of people defraud there mobile network and do not pay there bills.
And mfortune are the ones who have to pay the mobile network providers the money owed for any deposits you make by Mobile billing if you don't pay your phone bill (pay monthly customers who deposit by Mobile billing).
So mfortune checks to make sure Any deposits made by Mobile bill for pay monthly customers you will need to provide evidence that you've paid the amount you've deposited to your mfortune account through mobile billing before mfortune will payout your winnings.

"Awful company"

Awful company. So in April I was asked for all my verification paperwork. This took until June to clear as I'd won money and they wouldn't pay out. After 4 hours of phonecalls and numerous emails I was given the thumbs up and they paid my winnings. I've since played on the odd occasion before I won some money again last week. Tried to withdraw again and you've guessed it, I have to go through the verification process again!!! Live chat is a joke, the old text this number and we'll call you back doesn't work, numerous emails to support@mfortune go unanswered, I've even tried complaints@mfortune with all my details and nothing. (They'll ask me to do this again in response to this review) Trustpilot.com asked me to give proof of this as mfortune complained about my previous issue. I sent everything through to Trustpilot.com and they verified my review after seeing all the phonecall screenshots and copies of the various emails I'd sent last time. Lesson learnt I will never use them again!! I will continue to chase and chase for my winnings though.

Utterly bizarre that you should have to verify who you are every couple of months.

Overall the site is ok. Have had a few small wins in the past and have had these paid into my bank account quite promtly so no real issue there never won anything big to know if any real issues will arise.

That aside my real issue is their claim that the bingo jackpots winners are based on a random number generator. I believe they have more control over when this happens rather than it being random which is misleading players into believing this could happen on any day or time. At the point of writing this review it has currently been 16 months since a bingo jackpot has been won. Compared with many other sites where jackpots are won daily, weekly or monthly mfortune jackpots are won yearly which i feel is unfair. We all play for fun but truth be known we are all playing for 1 reason and thats the jackpot.

I am almost certain it wouldnt take a random number operator 16 month and counting to pick a winning player for a jackpot win. If this is the case then your number generator must be faulty and needs to be reverified.

Also you tend to find a handful of people that you see winning in every room that makes you wonder 🤔

"Poor show mfortune"

I have been waiting for a week to receive £80 winnings. I have been a player for years and it is ridiculous. I have sent about12 emails, texted to get a call back and have been told to busy.

Please send two videos with you with your identification so I do that . Yes u will get your money sir yes we have processed it sir still 2/3 weeks later no money then and this is the best part ! Sir we need a Skype call with you to talk to you about a few things lol 😂 this company is beyond a joke they will talk the talk and make you believe it’s what it says on the tin but they will find any excuse to not pay you believe me do not play m fortune unless u wanna throw money away and get nothing back ! "Stay away"

Stay away, all intouch games bonuses are bad practise. They say either 20x or 40x across all their sites. I have videos showing a starting balance of zero, so no previous bonus to stack the amount. Wagering on pocketwin was over £900 for a win of 87p. Absolutely disgusting casinos. Videos will be going online and sent to the gambling commission. This is because I won on bonuses and met the wagering requirements twice. Then again but this time they had it increased to something like 60x as that was the amount shown. Got no reply from them and as the bonus winnings would disappear the next day, I decided to keep playing the £100 I won. Actually managed to wager the ridiculous amount shown in wagering requirements and withdrew £50 which went into my bank. Next time I tried to withdraw £10 from one of their sites they asked me to prove I had paid my phone bill and all bonus wagering across all sites except mfortune, were increased. I have proof because I filmed every single set of bonus spins on all their sites and then checked the wagering which had further increased…87p win on pocketwin, £977.30 wagering to release any bonus win. That’s 1,123x wagering. Oh they don’t like to pay out. There must be a law getting broken here. Seriously their are better, more reliable and fair casinos out there.

***side note*** the maximum you can withdraw from bonus wins is £50 and if you bet £5 or over, they are voided. Read the small print and stop complaining about not being able to withdraw £100 bonus winnings

You can't contact them by telephone or waiting on line criminal organisation police should be made aware I have contact the national gaming org & they are aware of what's going on avoid avoid avoid!!!!
