If I could give zero stars I would, avoid avoid avoid. They are big time scammers and shouldn't be allowed to keep trading. They don't pay out winnings and make you send ID that has nothing to do with them. Then they take money out of your bank account £35 that didn't go onto my account when I was told it wouldn't go out of my account it would just pend for 3 days then it will go back into my account. Guess what they took it and now 4 weeks later im still fighting to get it back absolutely disgusting, constant phone calls, emails to be told I've got to wait and that's that..... Please don't waste your money and time

Okay, after sending every scrap of identification I own which was more than sufficient on similar sites, every excuse has been made to stall the process and whatever I have sent is not sufficient in one way or another.

Calling customer support is no use either unspent an hour and a half waiting to get through and ended up no better than when I started.

Bottom line is that they are all very happy to take your money but cashing any out is a very different and complex matter. I doubt I'll ever see my winnings.
